New Build Private House - London N7

Set within a grade II listed victorian street and a conservation area, this contemporary design received full planning permission.

The site was essentially a 'shoe box'; the only opportunity for light or access was from one side, facing the street.The design consists of a 2 bedroom house with off street parking. The space infront of the house also doubles up as a recreational area/ hard landscaped garden.

The open tread staircase divides the ground floor into its respective functions as well as acting as a sculptural element within the double height space of the main living area.
